Lauren Brown is a professional organizer and luxury reseller based in Los Angeles, New York and Boston. Her team provides clients with a complete package of organization and/or resale convenience.

We assist with the entire process, from start to finish.

For our organization services, we plan out the project with you in advance (at no charge to you) then step in to make your declutter dreams come true.

For our resale services, we will help you choose what to sell (based on the current market); measure and photograph your item(s); post listings and communicate with buyers; and arrange for pick up or shipping of the sold item(s). We will also be responsible for donating all unwanted items to charity, so it’s all taken care of for you.

ORGANIZATION:

Consultation: Free Of Charge

Organization: $50/hr

FURNITURE RESALE:

Sorting/Measuring/Photographing/Unpacking: $50/hr

Listing/Selling: Free of Charge

Commission On Sold Items: 40% (owner keeps 60%)

Transportation Fee (Gas, Potential Truck Rental): $150 (total)
